RFA Engineering has earned recognition as a Partner-level supplier for 2024 and was also named Supplier of the Year in the John Deere Achieving Excellence Program. The Partner-level status is Deere & Company’s highest supplier rating. The Eden Prairie, MN-based company was selected for the honor in recognition of its dedication to providing products and services of outstanding quality as well as its commitment to continuous improvement.
RFA Engineering has also been selected as a recipient of a John Deere supplier innovation award for 2024. The award is presented to a select group of suppliers who have demonstrated innovation in a product or service they provide to John Deere.
Award selections are based on four factors – creativity, feasibility, collaboration, and bottom-line impact. John Deere created the Supplier Innovation Award in 2009 to promote innovation in the company’s supply base and recognize suppliers who think creatively.
RFA Engineering is a supplier of services to John Deere’s operations in multiple cities. Suppliers who participate in the Achieving Excellence program are evaluated annually in several key performance categories, including quality, delivery, process alignment, value creation, and relationship. John Deere Supply Management created the program in 1991 to provide a supplier evaluation and feedback process that promotes continuous improvement.
