Aaron Stritesky is the CEO of RFA Engineering. A graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in Agricultural Engineering, Aaron joined RFA as an entry-level engineer and advanced through the organization to become CEO in 2016.

Recognizing the challenges manufacturers face in sourcing prototype wire harnesses, Aaron helped expand RFA's capabilities to provide integrated prototype harness design and manufacturing services that accelerate product development and reduce program risk.

Aaron is passionate about helping engineering teams solve practical design and manufacturing challenges and enjoys sharing insights gained from working alongside OEMs to bring new products from concept to production.
